The Villa No. 6 in Lavasan, located along Basti Boulevard, is a 600-square-meter, three-story residence designed by DASH Architects. The firm’s scope encompassed architectural design (Phase I), structural and mechanical Phase II engineering, and construction management.

Given local zoning regulations that limited construction to 150 m² per floor, the massing was developed to maximize spatial efficiency while fully complying with codes. By utilizing the natural slope of the site, the building appears as two stories from the north and three from the south, achieving both balanced proportions and open views toward the surrounding landscape.

Spatial organization follows a clear functional hierarchy: public and social areas occupy the street-level entrance and connect directly to the southern garden, while private spaces are placed on the upper floors. Parking and the caretaker’s unit are discreetly embedded within the terrain, preserving the purity of the landscape.

The southern courtyard features an infinity pool, a natural wooden deck, and a sunken fire lounge, forming the heart of outdoor living. Tall trees planted along the eastern and western edges provide privacy and natural shading throughout the day.

The architectural language combines luxurious minimalism and natural materials—wood, stone, and expansive glazing—to blur the boundary between indoors and nature. Villa No. 6 exemplifies DASH Architects’ approach: balancing regulatory precision, engineering discipline, and a seamless connection to the landscape to create a refined and livable modern home.
