The Khoy Textile Administrative Building is conceived as a spatial interpretation of the brand’s identity — translating the fundamental notions of warp, weft, fiber, and natural color into architectural form, material, and detail. The design captures the tactile essence of the textile industry, embedding patterns of weaving and layering into the organization of space, surface articulation, and interior finishes.

Spatial organization is built upon transparency and connectivity, aligning with the company’s ethos of openness. Full-height glass partitions provide visual continuity between departments while maintaining acoustic privacy through fabric-covered panels, acoustic ceilings, and industrial-grade carpets. The result is a balanced acoustic environment that fosters both communication and focus.

The exposed MEP systems, finished in the brand’s signature deep blue, form an integral part of the interior expression — both functional and symbolic. The HVAC system is designed for precise thermal zoning and constant fresh-air supply, ensuring optimal comfort across all office zones. Lighting follows ergonomic workplace standards, providing uniform illumination and reduced glare for high visual performance.

Material selection focuses on natural wood, textiles, and warm neutral tones to evoke a sense of craftsmanship and authenticity. Greenery and live plants introduce biophilic qualities, with dedicated grow-light systems supporting indoor vegetation. Amenities such as café corners and rest areas promote an atmosphere that is both refined and approachable, reflecting the human-centered values of the brand.

From a technical standpoint, DASH Architects was responsible for the complete Phase II design development, production of precise construction documents, coordination among all disciplines, and site-level supervision (architectural oversight). All drawings were prepared based on accurate as-built surveys and aligned with the existing structure, ensuring full constructability and compliance with workplace standards. The outcome is an environment where engineering precision and architectural narrative merge seamlessly — a workplace that embodies the textile brand’s balance between industrial discipline and human warmth.
