The Charisma Lounge is a space for dialogue, trust, and calm at the heart of one of Iran’s largest financial organizations. The design is rooted in principles of transparency, honesty, and reassurance — expressed through bright surfaces, soft furnishings, natural greenery, and warm lighting that dissolve the boundary between professionalism and personal comfort.

The DASH Architects team was responsible for the architectural design (Phases I & II), mechanical systems design, and construction management. The main objective was to create a multilayered, human-centered environment where diverse functions coexist seamlessly within a unified spatial framework. This was achieved through a collage-like spatial approach, connecting distinct functional zones via a continuous open plan while maintaining a sense of intimacy and order.

At the heart of the project lies the Green Lounge — a central space for pause, interaction, and reflection. Integrating nature, filtered light, and tactile materials, it introduces a living, breathing quality to the corporate setting. Natural wood, curved glass, and dark metal surfaces, combined with layered lighting, balance warmth, clarity, and structural precision.

In 2022, the project was commended by the Golden Trezzini Awards, awarded by both the Jury and Readers’ Vote at the World Architecture Community Awards, and received Third Place (Public Category) at the Contemporary Iranian Interior Design Award — a testament to DASH Architects’ synthesis of conceptual creativity, technical rigor, and human-centered spatial experience.
